Shanita A. Herring is a devoted leader, worshipper, and mentor who continues to impact lives through ministry, music, and education. As the wife of Jeremiah T. Herring and the leading lady of The Worship Factory, Lady Shanita shines as a beacon of faith, compassion, and excellence. Born in Washington, she has dedicated much of her career to early childhood education, gospel music ministry, and creating powerful worship experiences through praise and worship leadership.

Lady Shanita earned her Associate degree in Early Childhood Education from Arizona Global University. She currently serves as Center Director for Bright Horizons, where she has made a lasting impact on students, teachers, and families alike through her leadership and commitment to excellence.

In addition to her educational career, Lady Shanita is deeply passionate about music ministry. She is known for providing rich and unique background vocals for gospel groups and artists, and her voice has been featured on multiple recording projects and albums. Her dedication to excellence in worship continues to inspire those around her.

Lady Shanita also serves faithfully as the Women’s Ministry Leader for Preparing the Crown, where she has built meaningful relationships and provided encouragement, guidance, and support to women throughout the Raleigh area. Through her servant leadership, heartfelt worship, and dedication to community, she continues to leave a powerful and lasting influence on everyone she encounters.
